Resources for Monday and Tuesday (11/2-11/3/2020)

 Greetings Learning Lions Families,

As you may know, NDC will be closed tomorrow and Tuesday for deep cleaning and sanitation.

On Monday morning, Lions are to talk about our new theme for the month: Balls. The activity planned for the day is to answer the question: What do you know about balls? and What do you want to know about balls? Lions will create a KWL chart about the topic(What I Know, What I Want to Know, and What I Learned). If you have balls in your house, have your child describe the ball and ask what it is used for. In the afternoon, Lions will be crafting a letter G with grass. Use a green marker or green paper to cut out/make grass and decorate it with things that can be found on the grass.

For Tuesday morning, Lions are  to create a golf course using a cut-out of a green letter G, a golf ball, the hole and flag to represent a golf course. In the afternoon, use a square shape object to trace, stamp, or color with.

If you need help looking for resources during these two days that we are off, please don’t hesitate to contact us at ndclions@nobleschools.org.
